Raffie was introduced to me by my girlfriend Sherri Kitchens who used Raffie twice before. She didn't have to work too hard to find us a home since we settled on the first house saw. Throughout the closing process she was a great advisor and guided us through the closing with patience and resolve even though I was having a problem with my lender (wasn't approved until a week before closing) and a very detail oriented seller (a lawyer) and sellers agent. Overall she did a great job for us and we would use her again.

My experience with Raffilena was absolutely incredible, she was spot on with all the amenities and must haves. She also was instrumental in virtually showing homes since we are out of town buyers. Raffilena, Raffi, was amazing. She was so professional and accommodating during the entire purchase process. Raffi certainly had knowledge of the current market and available homes. Raffi put up with all our requests and questions, which there we’re many, and always made us feel like she was on our side and would do everything to find us the home we were looking for. She did! Raffie is an excellent agent with local knowledge of Sarasota and surrounding communities. We have used her on more than one occasion and always found her professional, responsive, with an excellent balance of providing her opinion and yet, not interfering if you go another direction. Raffie was beyond excellent in helping me find a home and navigate the purchase process. I’d initially used a different realtor who was inattentive and ineffective in even giving me listings to consider. My search encompassed an area from Parrish, FL in the north (where I eventually bought in a gorgeous neighborhood) to Venice, in the south. Raffie was knowledgeable about the entire area and was willing to go anywhere at anytime to assist me. Once I found my dream home she ensured the remainder of the process was absolutely stress free. She is experienced, knowledgeable and above all, so very kind.
