Patty provided great advice including 1) how to set the asking price based on her knowledge of the market and market conditions, 2) how to best prepare the property for sale, 3) how to describe the most attractive features of the property, 4) how to understand and complete the various paperwork/documents required and 5) how to respond to multiple offers and special conditions during the process. Her wisdom and experience guided us to success and allowed for a very easy and positive experience. Patty provided excellent service from start to finish and went above and beyond to accommodate additional needs since both the seller and the buyer were living out of town. This included 1) showing the home, 2) coordinating access to the property for inspections and any work required, 3) coordinating special visits by prospective buyers, 4) working with the buyers agent, 5) working with the title company, and 6) making visits to the property to double check various things for the seller. Patty ensured the process kept moving at the desired pace and that all parties were treated fairly and with respect. Communications via phone, text, and email were used appropriately and the electronic signature tools were efficient and easy to use. Was extremely pleased with all aspects of the process from beginning to end, and would highly recommend Patty to anyone in need of real estate assistance.
