Stephanie is fantastic! She worked so hard to get us a great vacant lot and negotiate it to the right price so we weren't overpaying. She has a lot of experience that has helped us as we start developing land, and she helped us meet with our builder to make sure we were understanding everything and had a clear direction. I can't sing enough praises about how professional and personable Stephanie has been. She guided me through the process of selling my home and was also very prompt in addressing all of my questions. When I decided to sell my home, I didn't realize how much I would have to depend on Stephanie. Since I needed to move from my home so quickly, I depended on Stephanie to do all of the leg work to have contractors see to the miscellaneous repairs before closing. Fortunately she has a vast experience and knew just who to call every time an issue arose. She's has been very hands on and knowledgeable. Stephanie was fully invested in my success. I was not an easy client - I'm picky, I was on a schedule and absolutely HAD to close by a certain date. Stephanie went waaay out of her way to make sure that I saw the houses that I needed to see, when I needed to see them. She's a natural people person who truly pays attention to her clients. After showing me a few houses, she got a real feel for what I was looking for - as a matter of fact, the house I eventually wound up buying wasn't even on my must-see list, it was only on her suggestion that I went to see it at all. She's very knowledgeable and is more than happy to explain the ins and outs of the home-buying process; but - best of all - if she doesn't know something off the top of her head, she'll tell you she doesn't know, then do the research to get you the answer, even for very esoteric questions. Stephanie will not waste your time with nonsense. Once my offer was accepted, the seller threw us a serious curveball that could have destroyed my schedule - Stephanie went to work and called in a personal favor to make sure the time impact was minimal. She has a network of great people that she regularly works with. I'm very grateful that she was on my team and I highly recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor.
