Condo
•My needs were very difficult; I had a condo on the beach that was being managed by another rental agency. Once the management company heard I was wanting to sell it, the rentals came to a screeching halt. I discussed my situation with Tim who saw it as a challenge and offered to help by listing it for sale and kept it rented in the meantime! This impressed me so much I told him that when I found a property on the bay side, I would use him as my realtor on the purchase. Once I found the new purchase, I needed the revenue on the condo to fund the purchase of the bay side home. Tim Newman actually sold my condo for the full asking price,... he negotiated the purchase of the bay home ON THE SAME DAY! Closing was complicated because now there were three deals that had to be closed on the same day, The buyers of the condo were from out of state, The sellers of the bayside home had to close, knowing our deal must not fail because their purchase up in Illinois was dependent on the condo selling without any hiccups. Tim somehow managed to juggle all the above, and managed to close it all on the same day, at the same closing agency. Truly, a master at his game. I would highly recommend Tim Newman as a caring person and realtor, and as an expert in property management!
