Excellent Realtor! Paola helped us find and buy a house in Silver Springs Shores. We wanted a fixer-upper so, although this was a relatively low-cost sale, she gave her complete attention to making this happen. There were several obstacles from the home search to closing and these problems were made more difficult since we were not in Florida after making the offer. She went out of her way in many ways such as to help us get bids from contractors and to make sure the HOA finished their approval. She’s a great Realtor so we will look for her help with our next transaction. 2022 Update: Paola sold our fixer-upper for us and helped us with the purchase of a great place with a backyard golf course view. Selling was easy in a sellers market, but there was lots of competition for the purchase. She spent a lot of time with us to find the perfect place and she was even at the closing to make sure everything went smoothly. We've never worked with a Realtor who came close to Paola's service excellence!
