•Juli-Ann and Carol were an outstanding resource in selling our home. We had to deal with major foundation and other issues for over a year since we first listed the house. This project included coordinating our work with several contractors and vendors since we were no longer local and live in South Carolina. Their work effort, advice and thorough communication were indispensable. We also thoroughly enjoyed working with them.
