If you want the very best you will use Stephanie Giordano. My wife and I contacted her on Zillow and she called us back within 5 minutes. We told her we were first time home buyers and we were lost in the process. Stephanie had us into her offer for a first time home buyer consultation. Stephanie explain what to expect during our home buying process. We told her we had not been lender approved and she told us that she was a mortgage broker as well as a Real Estate broker. Within our first appointment we knew what we were qualified for and felt like we were in the best hands. Stephanie spent 3 months with us looking at over 70 homes. I thought she would give up on us but she always smiled and said " I am here with you to the very end" Finally she found us our dream home, but it doesn't stop there.
