•Tammy is an amazing realtor and very pleasant to work with! I can’t say enough about her. She knows what to look for and what to avoid when buying a home and is protective of her clients. With every home we visited she took the time to research and often previewed the home before we saw it so that she could help us make a wise and informed decision. Tammy went into every crawl space and attic when it was necessary to check for possible concerns. When it was time to negotiate, Tammy was fierce and did her best to help us get what we needed to close on the home. Tammy is extremely thorough and made sure every detail of the contract was carried out. Tammy and her husband went above and beyond when we ran into an issue after closing-they were there to help us. I was humbled that my realtor did not drop us after closing, but instead, quickly came to our rescue. I hope I never have to move again, but if I do, I will be calling Tammy Fenton.
