•Al berry was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or rent a home. His communication was great! He responded to us at all hours of the day making himself very available to us and he was always quick to respond even allowing us to look at homes same day. He was very knowledgeable about the homes we looked at even making note of the styles of homes, their history, and noticing if a home had a new roof done recently. He worked hard to negotiate for us on rent price and the deposit. He always was looking out for our best interest when viewing homes. He looked tirelessly for months to get us the perfect home with all our requests. Al berry is very personable and I can’t say enough good things about him. Even after getting our home he made sure to check in and see how things were going. I will definitely work with him in the future.
