Syed is one of the best professionals I have...

Syed is one of the best professionals I have ever dealt with in any industry. Throughout our first time home buying process, I found Syed to be extremely professional, very responsive to calls, texts etc. and knowledgeable. He always took as much time as needed to help us understand the various parts of the home buying & financing process, which was a huge help given that we were completely uninformed of how any of this works. In my first meeting with him, he spent exactly 1.5 hours (for free) walking me through how closing and closing costs work (I ask a lot of questions). This was before I had decided he was going to be my agent. It was this attentiveness which played a huge part in me proceeding with him. During the house search process, he always accomodated our schedules when it came to showing houses. And during closing his turnaround on each of the steps was faster than any of the other parties involved. We discussed things with him every step of the way, and he always got into the nitty gritty quite a bit. I really can't find anything negative to say. He was even sharply dressed every time we saw him LOL. He's been doing this for 17 years, works really hard, and most importantly seems to really enjoy what he's doing and takes his work and customers seriously.
