Couldn't ask for more. Maria is friendly, quick, responsive, smart, savvy and extremely easy to work with. She priced it right and marketed it perfectly, and we had two interested buyers within a few days. The unit sold within in a week. She also took the time to keep me aware of everything that was happening all the way through closing, a major plus for an owner housebound in his own unit. I'd give her the highest rating across the board, and I would recommend her with full confidence to anyone selling a property.
