BEST AGENT IN ORLANDO, PERIOD!

Gladys Thayer, PA is the best in the business here in the Orlando area! It all started when my selling agent recommended her to us. Gladys called us promptly and began asking us what we are looking for in a home. After we gave her the idea of what we were looking for, she got straight to work. We worked together to compile a list of homes that we had interest in. Since we were from out of town, we had a trip planned, originally for vacation, but we figured we would take the opportunity to see the homes in person. Unfortunately, as you would expect, many of the homes looked much better in pictures online than in person. With that said, Gladys allowed us to explore the homes ourselves instead of trying to sell us on the homes herself. Which makes sense, we knew what we wanted, so why bother selling the house for the Sellers! Again, being from out of town, she was able to tell us before we even saw the homes whether the location was preferable or in a bad area. Also, since taxes can vary drastically between even the streets the homes are on, she was able to narrow them down for that as well. And of course, since we heard bad things about CDD, she helped us avoid those as well, which helped because if homes online have CDD, they do NOT have to list them. She told us that we can look them up via the county's tax website, which came in handy! We found a home, and she helped us with the whole process. Unfortunately, the first one we put an offer on accepted even though we had a contingency to sell ours. We were unable to close on time as we did not have a contract on our own home. She worked with us diligently to find another home to offer on. This time, we had buyers. But even then, they buyers backed out.. When all hope was lost,, Gladys saved the day with a lender that worked with us to still close on the home. Because of her, we are now here and loving it! Seriously, Gladys works with you as a person, not just a client. Contact her ASAP to help you as well!
