Working with Jon & Theresa was so easy and a wonderful experience. They patiently showed us multiple houses over the course of a few months until we finally found the perfect one for us. They shine at the details, organization & their wealth of local contacts & information about the area. They are down to earth, honest and just really good people. Highly recommend!
Jon was great, as was the rest of the team. He really understood what we wanted in a house and property, even when we did not. I personally felt that trying to understand what we wanted was hard, yet he captured that quickly. He has a great eye for the area and knows what to look for. He is constantly thinking outside the box and looking at all avenues at the homes, even when you aren't. He helped in numerous ways, and I will say he is the first realtor (of many I have used over the years) I can walk away considering a friend. And he treated us that way throughout the process.
Jon was excellent to work with. He answered my questions no matter the time of day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in our condo search. We will definitely be using him in the future. He went above and beyond for us with the POA contacts and the inspection and even took measurements for me when asked.
I've dealt with several realtors over the years and Theresa and Jon are the best! They are easy to communicate with and listen to what you want. So easy to work with. You couldn't ask for any nicer people. Please consider them for your property needs and you won't be disappointed.
Betty is one of the most thorough agents I have ever seen. She walked me through each step of my sale and answered every single question I had, from the dumbest one to the most complicated! I would trust her again for either purchasing or selling of property. Thank you Betty for all of your help and caring for us at all times through this experience. Your understanding and experience was unlike anything I had ever had before.
Theresa was very professional, thorough and responsive. She was easy to communicate with and was very knowledgeable about the area and our unit.
Jon and Theresa were great from day one. They were both knowledgeable in the market, resale and construction of properties we viewed. They offered opionions when asked and were not pushy, which is something I appreciate a lot. They made sure we were on top of things we needed to do as it had been a while since we purchased a property. Communication was always quick and thorough. If Jon did not know an answer he quickly found it. I also know if we need help with anything in the future about our new place I can contact them no problem. Thank you!
You couldn’t ask for a better realtor than Theresa. She is always very considerate, professional, and always quick to help whenever needed. She is great to communicate with and truly cares about making the process smooth and easy.
Amazing team, they make it a very easy and successful process. Not a single negative. Great communication, represented me better than any other realtor I have ever worked with. 100% recommended. I have bought and sold more than 10 properties with them, not one complaint!
Working with the Gatewood group was an absolute pleasure. Frequent and in depth communication on a regular basis. Always working with you and for you the entire time the property was listed. Truly a pleasure working with the Gatewood group.
Jon and Theresa are professional, reliable, extremely knowledgeable and fabulous to work with. They know the area and the market. I truly appreciated their combined willingness to answer my many questions and they communicated with me every step of the way. They also walked me through the sales paperwork once my house was sold. I knew my house an I were in good hands.
This is our second time working directly with Theresa as a buyer and things went flawlessly both times, she is very attentive and easy to work with! We would highly recommend her.
