The happy ending of a rough saga

My economy its lower than the average “Joe”. Purchasing our first home was a real saga for us not only the long drive to find affordable property; but also the most challenging task “the loan approval”; I tried with different agents, most of them showed me the attitude that I was a very bad taste customer and almost got discouraged on the pursuit of the American Dream. I found Ruth Benavidez after going through a rough experience and Ruth took on the challenge head first. We put in several offers but we were turned down. We started to lose hope but Ruth never did. She assured us the whole time and kept our spirits up. Ruth then not only got one but two offers accepted for us giving us the ability to choose which home we loved the most. Unlike other agents that are commission hungry Ruth always suggested the best to suit our financial requirements. We closed on time and without a hitch!
