•I have worked with Nicholas of Gate Properties for almost 15 years. I can’t thank him enough for all the help and support he has provided over these years. I’ve been thoroughly enjoyed working for him from the day I rented my unit out to the last day that I sold it, Nicholas has been there the whole time. His knowledge, experience and support is simply outstanding. I can’t go without thanking Michelle, as well. She was always so helpful, very patient, and very responsive with questions or issues I’ve had during all these years. I would highly recommend anyone interested in renting, buying or selling to work with Nicholas, Michelle and the rest of the Gate Properties team! I will miss working with them as it was such a great experience. Wishing you all the very best going forward!
