Born and raised in the Mid-West (Northern Michigan), Nicholas was raised with a clear and well-defined moral compass and solid ethical boundaries. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends, traveling and spending quality time outdoors. On any given day, he can be found walking around Lake Eola or a dog park with his three Miniature Dachshunds. From water skiing on the Butler Chain to flying to New York City or San Diego for a weekend getaway, these are the things that help him keep his skills sharp, so that he can continually serve his clients to the best of his ability. I have worked with Nicholas of Gate Properties for almost 15 years. I can’t thank him enough for all the help and support he has provided over these years. I’ve been thoroughly enjoyed working for him from the day I rented my unit out to the last day that I sold it, Nicholas has been there the whole time. His knowledge, experience and support is simply outstanding. I can’t go without thanking Michelle, as well. She was always so helpful, very patient, and very responsive with questions or issues I’ve had during all these years.
