We worked with Dave and Candy Goddard to sell our father's house after moving him to a retirement community. The house had great bones and was solidly built but was dated, after having the same owner for 50+ years. We knew that posed challenges, as did only having 1.5 baths in a big house. Dave & Candy were a great team, very personable, providing lots of great insights and advice about the current market, pricing, and improvements to make (and not to make), offering recommendations for wonderful painting and carpet vendors, etc. They were also extremely responsive to any questions and requests. We were impressed with their dedication to helping us sell the house as quickly as possible and appreciated that they understood the stress of cleaning out and selling a family member's home which they had recently experienced.
