Dave and Candy were very helpful and knowledgeable about the market and kept us informed of details. They went above and beyond in giving us advice to get the condo ready for sale. After being on the market for a few months, they suggested some additional improvements and the unit sold within 1 week. We appreciate their knowledge and encouragement.
