Candy and David are amazing! They are very professional, efficient and know the market well. They helped us every step of the way and took extra time to explain things (as English is our 2nd language.) They were accessible anytime of day and always returned our calls and answered all of our many questions. They put us at ease through the entire selling process and were always positive. Dave and Candy are the best! When you are buying your first place like we were you want someone that will walk you through the process and put you at ease, this is exactly what they did for us. They made the process smooth for me as a first time landlord and renting out my property, walking me through the entire process and finding me tenants. Than they helped us find out dream home, their patience while we looked at numerous houses and their guidance during the process was unbelievable. Great team to work with. Always responsive regardless of mode of communication. They go above and beyond the call of duty from checking a property for water (even though you don't own it yet), to fixing appliances and plumbing (again, on a home you don't own yet), to giving you their own personal referrals. I highly recommend them and will continue to refer them to friends and family, and strangers if they ask :).
