My solid impression of their work began the first day on the job. The walk through, setting the list price and speed to market were all impressive. They were working to sell my mothers home and I was dealing with them from a distance (Chicago and Milwaukee) and needed to be kept up to speed, they did that very well. They did a great job with the showings and when the negotiations started, they were helpful and were always looking out for my mother and the best price possible....not the commission. I also appreciated that they helped us work through the closing with POA since my mother had already moved out of state. Great Job all around.

Purchased a single family house in Elk Grove Village in 2016. Candy and Dave were our agents and did a fantastic job of finding out what we wanted and setting up a customized search for us. We would select properties to visit weekly (or sometimes faster) and they were very flexible about showing us them after hours and on the weekends. They had a good sense for the value of houses.
