Jim Garry is a good person with many years of experience in his field of work, I contacted Jim because I was worried I had to sell my home because my high mortgage payments. He contacted my mortgage company and found out that they have made a mistake in my escrow. In the end he fixed my problem and now I get to keep my home. The reason Jim Garry is a good and honest person is because instead of having a listing and making a commission he helped me out free of charge. I’m very great for Jim and Recommend Jim Garry 100%.

I selected Jim Garry because he was the most responsive.Upon speaking to him, I was really impressed with his years' experience and building construction knowledge. On top of that he is very down to earth, patient and listens. Jim is very thorough. He catches things you don't notice when you're looking at a property through rose colored glasses. Above all, he's experienced it all, enabling him to be a proactive problem solver. He is a skilled negotiator. He often knows what the other party is going to do ahead of time and plans ahead for it.Jim is very good at staying calm and managing personalities. Jim is a great realtor.
