•Initially, Toni was recommended to me by numerous people in the Garden Valley area. That alone shows her commitment to the community, and the customers she has served in the past. From the first meeting, Toni was open and transparent about everything in this process. I did not feel that it was a "sales" pitch, and she immediately took the time to ask me what I needed from her. My main need from a realtor is communication as things happen and change, and she did exactly that, every time. There was never a time in the process I felt out of the loop, and it made the house sale much less stressful. All items were in line for the closing, even though we had a complicated non-standard type of transaction. It was the smoothest dealing I have ever had with a realtor, having just bought/sold a house in the Boise area within the last couple years. I would absolutely recommend Toni for a home purchase or sale, without any doubts.
