Karyn Banfield helped my wife and I purchase our first home. Without her, we'd still be looking. She found us a house with everything we wanted and under budget. She saved us a lot of money along the way as well, at least her commissions worth. We can't believe the incredible value she provided us in this transaction. Looking back, we couldn't have done it without her. We would've had to settle for a worse house in a worse neighborhood if it weren't for her. We will always remember and be grateful for Karyn and the amazing work she did for us to get us in our first home.
