Cindy went beyond what any other realtor I’ve had and that resulted in getting an offer within 48 hours and closing in under a month. She has an extensive understanding of the market and attention to details. I was an absentee seller being in in another state and Cindy covered every detail and aspect that needed to be done to get the house ready to sell after having renters for a number of years. Cindy coordinated multiple contractors (10+) to make repairs and improvements that got the house in perfect condition to sell and after home inspection. She met with all the contractors at the house for me and spent many hours with them on site. She even dealt with issues with the HOA and personally went to the county to submit permits that needed to get done prior to listing. I can’t say enough positive things about how helpful Cindy was for me through the process of selling my house and highly highly recommend her to anyone wanting the best realtor Who will work tirelessly for you.
