Scot was able to help me find multiple properties that interested me, and was very informative with the area that I looked at. Scot helped me quickly make an offer by using an electronic document website that was simple and easy to use. He was initially very nice and helpful. Once the owners were interested in renting to us he wanted us to sign a lease immediately. We brought up some major concerns about the house (including a strong gas smell that he admitted smelling) and he more or less didn't care, saying that it would be taken care of but we needed to sign the lease right now so we walked. Overall he's ok, but only cares about you as long as he has your business, if not he'll make you feel bad for not renting from him
