•As a business owner, I frequently deal with other owners and professionals and these days it seems most people love to talk the talk, but rarely can they walk the walk. Amy is one of those rare exceptions. She recently helped my wife and I purchase a home, and it was soooo refreshing to find someone that could get us where we wanted to be, without having to learn the whole process myself. I could focus on what I needed to...my business...and trust everything else was going to work out, and it did. We told Amy everything we were looking for, and she showed us exactly where to find it. Never once did I have to ask "what's next" because she kept us three steps ahead the entire time. I'm a very thorough and analytical person (and impatient) so this typically leads to a lot of questions as I encounter new situations. Amy answered those questions very quickly...on weekends and evenings too! Wow. And in these financially challenging times many are facing, as expected the seller and his agent tried to counter or renegotiate a handful of times along the way. Amy not only had no problems keeping everything in line, but every time she did so the sale was moving forward in a matter of hours, not days or weeks. A better job simply could not have been done. If you appreciate your time and value having a very competent and trustworthy professional to handle the purchase or sale of your home as I did, I can confidently say based on my own experience that Amy is the only choice.
