What a great experience we had with Gainforth Real Estate
What a great experience we had with Gainforth Real Estate. Mitch was professional, communicative and overall just a great person. He understands the market and was supportive when we said we wanted to be realistic about pricing the house. That being said, we were under contract at full asking price in 2 days. The sale and closing could not have gone smoother. If you are selling your home, this is the Real Estate company you want handling the transaction!

It was a challenging time for us when we decided to sell our family’s vacation home. Luckily, we had a great team of professionals to help us. The house was a unique property, but Mitch provided knowledgeable, sound advice, which ultimately led us to a successful sale. Mitch and Christian guided us through the process and patiently answered every question along the way. It was a pleasure to work with them.
