I’ve worked with Chris to purchase two investment properties and tour single family homes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Chris; he’s extremely knowledgable and will guide you every step of the way. When it comes to touring houses, negotiating an offer, closing, and more, Chris will far exceed your expectations. Chris is very experienced and has seen it all before; this will pay off if you have a unique situation (in my case, being an out-of-town buyer). When I started my search, it was immediately clear how knowledgeable Chris is. He was able to answer all of my questions about a variety of neighborhoods in the city and suburbs, often giving great examples from memory of specific blocks and properties that might be a good fit. When touring properties, Chris was patient and helpful -- he even suggested that we take a second look at several properties, which ultimately helped me decide what I wanted. Chris also has a good deal of contractor type knowledge and was able to give insight on what repairs/costs I might need to consider as we toured various properties. Chris is a very good negotiator and will help you get the best deal; for both of my purchases, Chris was able to negotiate even lower than what I thought our best case scenario was. Because I live in California and have a busy travel schedule it was going to be difficult for me to coordinate the necessary repairs and secure a tenant in a timely manner. Chris offered to find a tenant for me, AND coordinate the flooring & painting upgrades that were needed before the tenant moved in.
