•The realization that my aunt and uncle had to go into a care facility and could not return home was shocking. This meant appraising content, cleaning out the house, dealing with their sick 16+ year old dog, and selling their house. Since they did not have children, the task fell to me, a nephew living 3000 miles and 3 time zones away. This task was nothing short of daunting. I was lucky enough to connect with Rande. He was able to arrange the appraisal of presumed valuables, helped to donate existing canned and dried goods, cleaning the home, and provided the names of several estate sale companies. This is in addition to staging, listing, and showing the home, and so on. At all stages, Rande provided information, choices, and advice, with the final decisions resting with me. Because of Rande, I was able to rest easier knowing that the house and the situation in general was being handled in the best way possible. For those who know the word, "mensch" does not even begin to cover it. For those unfamiliar with the word, the phrase "good egg" does not begin to cover it. I would recommend Rande to anyone and everyone looking to sell a home in the greater Tampa, Florida area.
