We were trying to find a house while we still lived in Illinois

We were trying to find a house while we still lived in Illinois. My wife was traveling to Florida monthly to try and find a home for us. Once Bruce got involved things really became easier. Bruce was always there for me when I needed to talk or had questions. He was so knowledgeable in so many things that I did not know about in regards to the move to Florida. We would definitely use Bruce again in the future if we needed to move.

Bruce was our second Florida realtor

Bruce was our second Florida realtor. Our first realtor just didn’t get back to us for days when we tried to make an offer on a house. With the high demand market that was not ok with us. Someone referred Bruce to us and he is such a great realtor. Bruce was very attentive. He did a great job to help us find a home while we were still out of state. He went and live video called us from listings that we wanted to see when we were not in town searching. Once we found our new home to purchase, he went and checked on the process periodically for us as well as going to meetings and live video called us so we were in the loop at all times. He would send us pictures of the progress. We couldn’t have asked for better service. He’s a very nice and professional person. We called him with questions often and he always took the time to help and is very knowledgeable.
