I've had good realtors in the past, when buying and selling, but I can truthfully say none have come close to the great experience we had with Zakariya. Zak has great knowledge of the real estate market, but even more importantly he cares. He takes time to explain how he markets your property and what you can expect. He staged our property, had great photos taken, had one open house and in just one day we had 6 offers, 2 from out of the country. Property sold for above listed price. So selling or buying this is the realtor to call.

Buying a home during the pandemic was probably not the best idea and it has been very challenging, especially with all the material delays and workers being out due to COVID, but Manuela Woodrum stood there right by our side throughout the entire process. She stood up for us, when we needed it and she relayed all of our concerns professionally. She was very patient with us, even when we kept changing out minds on which home we wanted to buy. She is very knowledgeable at her job and it shows! I would recommend Manuela 10x out of 10! The next time my wife and I are in the market for a home, she will be our very first call! She is especially helpful to military veterans who may not know the area too well, or fully understand the extent of their benefits when it comes to buying a home! At the end of the home buying process, she basically became extended family!

We first met Stefani while browsing for our forever home at Cardel Homes in Bexley. At that time, we owned a home and wanted to move quickly with selling in this hot market. After being blind sided by Zillow (I still completely resent this decision to begin with), Stefani helped pick up the pieces and got our home on the market within a week! Continuous showings and an open house that same weekend, 3 days later we had multiple offers.
