Tom is helpful from start to finish in the home buying process. I am a widow and it was my first time buying a home on my own and I wasn't sure what I wanted and what I could afford. I had a lease at an apartment I couldn't break so I couldn't commit too early so he would keep me up to date on available properties. We found my perfect spot. He helped me find a great mortgage company, he found me a home inspector to be sure all was right and I was able to get a villa condo for a great price in a 55 plus community.
