Where do I begin, Chante was absolutely amazing. The process could not have been any easier or simpler. I felt like I did little to nothing, yet all my needs were met, on a timely matter at that. All questions were responded within minutes, emails as well. It was a blessing working with someone as wonderful as Chante. She was thorough, patient, understanding, respectful, and very helpful. A true shark. I would highly recommend her to anyone as I know they would be completely satisfied.

Maria is the best at what she does in my opinion. Honestly, I dont think there are many to even be compared. We were so fortunate to have Mannie as our realtor. Even while we were still living overseas, she was in constant communication with us, checking up on us, and even sent us video tours of listings we were interested in. She always gave her honest opinion, and steered us in the right direction to narrow down our choices, until we finally found the perfect fit home for our family. We always felt that she was on our side, had our best interest in mind, and persistent on getting us the best deal possible. Mannie followed through on EVERYTHING to make sure we moved into an impeccable home. This was our first home buying experience and we hit the jack pot with Mannie! We met Mr. Newman at the Oldsmar Fleamarket on a Saturday where we inquired about foreclosures. A few weeks later, Mr. Newman followed up with us and we made arrangements to meet and discuss our goals and strategies for buying a house in an impossible market. Two months later, we are enjoying our new house. If not for Mr. Newman's patience, professionalism and knowledge regarding real estate and this impossible market, coupled with his persistence and calm demeanor, I am confident that we would never have closed on a house, let alone find one. Mr. Newman made himself available on weekends, and evenings. He listened, changed strategies, adjusted his approaches, showed up for inspection after inspection, problem solved any issues that arose. There were moments in this process when we thought the obstacles were impossible to overcome and then there he was.... physically present, to ensure everything was taken care of. He really was amazing. We bought and sold three properties in the last 3 years, all were difficult, stressful, and with my husband and I doing most of the leg work. Until Mr. Newman, never did I think having the right real estate person could make such a difference. Sandra was most helpful with our move. Leaving Chicago for warm weather, we did not know what to expect and with a Hot Market we had many properties to look at, only virtually. Lea recently helped us successfully sell our home and we can't rave enough about how much of a guru she is when it comes to realty. We followed her strategy to the letter in preparing the home for showings. We utilized her resources for staging, photos,etc. We listened to her market analysis and listed the home at the right time. And as projected we sold way above asking. She really knows her stuff. She's always been knowledgeable, thoughtful and professional througout the entire process. Not to mention Lea even helped us get into a rental simultaneously with selling our home. We've been working Lea since 2012 so she is considered family at this point.
