Steve and Sandra accurately determined the market value of our home, actively marketed it, and within 2 days of the house going on the market obtained two offers, both above the list price. We reached out to Thanh Le from a community group after viewing his credentials and reviews. We were a bit skeptical at first but Thanh quickly erased all doubts by responding promptly and providing genuine advice.
