My wife and I are a young couple and were new home buyers looking for a home in the Pinellas County market. We were referred to Linda Mann and couldn't be happier with the referral. Linda clearly has a lot of experience in real estate and knows the market incredibly well. She knows individual neighborhoods and how they would fit for what my wife and I were looking for. She did extensive background work on the houses we looked at which helped uncover a lot of interesting issues that helped us with our decision process. Denise sent frequent updates for the community we were interested in and when we called her about a home, she went to view it for us within 2 hours (we live be out of state). She was our eyes and ears and arranged all inspections and stood in for us so we didn't need to rush back and forth from NJ! She gives very personalized service and is in your court all the way! I had a great experience buying my first house with Andrei as my agent. He quickly understood what area/floor plan/style/price range/etc that I was looking for and only sent me recommendations that fit my requirements. I did not feel overwhelmed by lots of options that didn't suit me. I was out of town for work during a lot of the process and Andrei was helpful in checking out houses without me and showing houses to my mom and dad since I was not available to see them. Once I decided on a house Andrei was very responsive in emailing me the appropriate paperwork to sign in order to make offers/counteroffers/negotiations/etc. Anytime I had questions on what I was signing or anything at all he was available to answer. Closing was quick and smooth. I never felt unnecessarily pressured by Andrei at any point in the process.
