This is the second time we have used Lyndie House as our realtor, and the 3rd transaction that she's been involved in. Lyndie was initially the sellers agent for a house we bought many years ago and was way more helpful than our agent at the time. We used her to sell that house when we moved out of town and we she just helped us purchase our current house after moving back to town. She is very knowledgable in what she does. She always works hard for her clients, yet keeps it honest when it's time for decisions. Even after closing she's working hard on a few issues that have come up. She made what was a difficult time much more relaxed and less stressful on my family. A+ realtor.

Promises and delivery on that promise is absolutely guaranteed with this team. Above and beyond is what you get with these two. Hard work and dedication to your questions and concerns even the problems that arise are what you get with this duo. We had so many hiccups in our quest for our forever home. We had to be picky. And team vigil was on it every step of the way. Sandra really pays attention to what you say and weeds out the stuff she knows already won’t be a fit. We changed our specifics so much but she was on it. She solved every problem we had and help with everything we needed. We never felt like a client we always felt like we had known them all our lives. We trusted them to handle everything while heartedly.
