Shane was the realtor through whom I bought the house seven years ago and I was pleased enough with that transaction that he was the only realtor I called when it came time to sell. I had to sell the house within a relatively short time in order to move to a retirement community and Shane was as helpful as always. Not only did he analyze the market, which was rapidly changing at the time, but he was active in advising me on preparations to get the house ready for sale. House hunting is a tough journey, especially on today's housing market. I know giving him all excellent marks on a survey seems like I rushed through it or didn’t give thought to it but he deserves every last one. He went above and beyond many times! Being out of state I had to have someone that would score all excellent or I was just asking for trouble. Shane made numerous trips to the house to check on things. Those small things that most take for granted because they are there to do it themselves. Some not so small, that weren’t any where near his job description, but he did it because he knew It would mean a 10 hour round trip drive for me. He was patient with the “I know this is a stupid question “ questions and answered each and every one with professionalism and a smile on his face (even though I never saw it, you could hear it). There was never an unreturned phone call, text or email. I know I wasn’t his only client but he made me feel like I was. GO SHANE!!!
