•Before listing my property with Brittany, I interviewed 4 other realtors, from different companies. Brittany was the most knowledgeable of the area and knew how to market equestrian property. She presented comps to support the listing price and was confident she could sell the house. Within 2 weeks I had not one, but two full price offers! Unfortunately, I had every problem imaginable from the appraisal, survey, title to repairs. I had moved to Georgia and had to rely on Brittany to take care of all the issues (she even had to track down the previous owners from 14 years ago). Due to all the unforeseen problems the house took longer to sell than planned, but Brittany was never discouraged and always had a cheerful attitude, even when I didn’t. My phone calls, text etc. were always answered right away. Brittany is willing to go the extra mile, I think anyone else would have given up. I have 2 other properties that I will be listing with her. I can’t even put into words how much she helped me and will be forever greatful.
