•I thoroughly enjoyed this entire transaction, as a first time home buyer I was new to this entire process. Dalton had all of the right connections to get me started. The first step was for me to get pre approved and he had several lenders that he sent me to pick from and once that was taken care of he set me up on a personal search catered to my wants and needs that sent ALL the listings that matched what I was looking for directly to me. Once I found a few that I was throughly interested in we began looking at these homes and I finally found one that was PERFECT for me and we placed an offer and GOT IT. I was so happy, and then once again Dalton had the right connections for me, he sent me a list of home inspectors to throughly do my due diligence on the home. Throughout this entire process Dalton stayed on top of it from the beginning through the end always making sure to keep me informed and answering any questions I had. He is the definition of a true professional and has a great personality and drive that makes him stand out. Negotiation, knowledge, persistence, communication, personality, honesty, integrity, are just a few of the qualities he possesses, he has the entire package and I am going to be giving him a call when I get ready to sell when that time comes and also tell any of my friends, family, and co workers to use him when they are thinking about buying or selling themselves.
