I was absolutely blown away by Kimberly's Knowledge of East Tennessee properties. She is extremely knowledgeable and aware of available properties and property values in her area. I believe her most desirable quality, is her ability and desire to get to know her buyer, and what they are looking to accomplish. She can then use her knowledge and expertise to perfectly match her buyer to the exact property that they are looking to acquire. She is the only agent I met who seemed more concerned with pairing me with my dream property, then she was in trying to sell me a property that was in her best interest. Every other agent I spoke with, or tried to deal with, became uninterested, or never returned calls when they realized that a million dollar property (with a hefty commission) was not what I was looking for. She was genuinely concerned with matching me with what I wanted, regardless of price or commission. And she might never completely know how much that meant to me. She knew what I was looking for, continued working behind the scenes, and kept me in the loop of what was available.
