•Ian is great! Not only was he extremely professional in the rental process for one of his properties, he went out of his way to help me in the interim time between the move while I was living out of a hotel. During the application process, without me even having to ask, Ian noticed I was staying in a motel for weeks that was costly and without basic services like Internet or a microwave. He went above and beyond to negotiate me a great winter rate deal within my budget so I could stop living out of motel 6 and stay somewhere I could actually make food! When I was selected and moved into Ian's rental property, it was clean, move in-ready and with updated appliances. I love where I live now and Ian is always available if I need anything for the property.
Ian Starkie is wonderful to work with and has managed our properties for a few years now, and he is meticulous, detail-oriented, hard-working, and conscientious. He is the best manager we have had. Ian has also shown us properties on the central coast and keeps us in tune with the real estate market. We highly recommend him.
