The Only Realtors I’ll Ever Work With Again
Frank and Tracy are some of the most honest, trustworthy, personable, and professional people you’ll find in the area. They helped my wife and me sell our old home and purchase our new one, and I would gladly do it all over again with them. I can’t emphasize enough how transparent and sincere they were throughout the entire process. They truly had our best interests at heart both times we worked with them, and my wife and I deeply appreciated that. They’re not just fantastic realtors—they’re even better human beings. Unfortunately, there are some less-than-reputable agents around Woodlake, and some of my family members have had bad experiences. Because of that, all of my future real estate business and recommendations are going straight to the Murphys. Before working with Frank and Tracy, I had a realtor who was dishonest and made no effort to negotiate the best deal for me. That experience couldn’t be more different from working with Frank and Tracy. They don’t outsource or delegate to junior agents—instead, they were hands-on and proactive, constantly adjusting strategies and offering intelligent, practical solutions to get our home sold quickly. Their market knowledge was second to none, and they handled everything behind the scenes, which was incredibly helpful given my busy work schedule.
