We are grateful to have had Courtney as our Realtor. We were new to the city and the country, so we had no clue about the process and she was always very helpful to understand the timeline and the process in itself. We started with a very broad alternatives on all levels (New house, fixer/project house, renewed/flipped, different neighborhoods, house styles, price range, etc.), and she helped us to finally end up in a house we love, in a neighborhood that we like and without stressing our budget. During the house hunting period, she was very straight forward with her opinion and helped us see the big picture, not rushing us into any house or pushing for an area. She is an active listener and captured our reaction on each house, then helped us finding ourselves in the house, see pros/cons, understand the risks and potential of the property, and adjust expectations of what improvements could really be done. She was always available (almost 24/7), always willing to go see houses and we saw three times the one we ended up buying. even after closing the deal she is still checking out on us to make sure it's all going ok. All in all, she is an excellent realtor that helped us clarifying what we wanted and to find the right property for the family.
