Deborah was an excellent person to work with. She showed us every model in the community we wanted to live in. She made sure she knew which model we liked and our taste. This was extremely important since we needed to come back to Illinois before we found a house. Deborah continued to search and visit homes for us. When she found “the one” she did a live video for us to see the house. She knew us so well she nailed it. She continued to guide us every step of the way! WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS LONG DISTANCE WITHOUT DEBORAH!

Deborah was absolutely amazing. We were given her name as a recommendation from one of our neighbors and feel so grateful about our experience. I found Deborah after speaking to many other agents. I knew she was perfect when I spoke to her about a house she was selling. So I made her my agent! She is honest, funny, and a problem solver. She has the drive and hustle that gets the job done. Her knowledge and attention to detail are amazing. I purchased my home in Florida when I was still living in California (2011/2012). Deborah did showings with my mother and called me on video chat so I could come along. She goes above and beyond during the entire process. I found Deborah Puleo when I stumbled across one of her listings on Zillow. I wasn't looking for a realtor because all the ones I had spoken to had advised me that it would be nearly impossible for my husband and I to find a home in the current market with the type of loan we were approved for. When I spoke to Debbie on the phone she was the first realtor to not only put a positive spin on the loan we had but also seemed excited to try and find us a home, with all the criteria we asked for and in a short time frame! Throughout the house hunt it was one hurdle after another from banks and sellers. At times we felt like giving up on the house hunt. Debbie handled every obstacle like a true professional! Her extensive knowledge and expertise helped us understand the process and kept us focused on finding a house while she worked out the details. In the end Debbie found us a home that met every single item on our "must have" list.
