•Joi did market research to determine a price point for our home, so I trusted the recommendation and it was very on point. The market being volatile as it was, we increased the price at least once, but that was also based on market research! Joi was great at advising us during the negotiations and helped us choose the offer that would make us happy. Joi gave expert analysis of the options and we were very happy with the outcome. Joi was so helpful with all the paperwork and even met us half-way from our new home to get all the signatures and notarizations so we didn't have to travel as far. That was a big thing for us since we have a young child and travel is not fun. Overall, Joi was a great agent and we felt supported and that we could trust her the whole way.
