As someone relocating across the country, I had a ton of questions, and Nick was incredibly responsive from Day One. Nick arranged a tour of my desired area on a Sunday, showing me neighborhoods that might be of interest, and generally giving me a lay of the land. He continued to pivot as my families needs did, and he always did so with grace and patience. Nick was amazing to work with, we were moving to Florida from another state and he went above and beyond by helping us tour homes virtually and guiding us through the process. Just 7 months after purchasing our home we had to quickly sell that home and move out of state again and he again went above and beyond to help us do that. With all of his knowledge each experience was seamless and little effort on our end as he was able to handle it all! Nick is amazing at both the buying/selling process and we could not be happier with each time working with him.

It was a real pleasure working with John Mansker and his associate Brenden Rendo. We weren't sure about all the ins and outs of selling our home and they made it very easy. They put our minds at rest with their expertise. We met with John & Brenden and explained our reservations and our time frame and from the get-go, they were extremely patient, excited to help and always there with out box suggestions whenever a hiccup would arise. We had a professional photographer at our house and within less than a week, we had offers way over our asking price.John and Brenden truly understand how to sell houses.
