•Vera handled all of the details of a very complicated and drawn out sale of my mother's home. My 89 yo mother broke her ankle and had surgery as soon as she signed the sales contract with Vera. She then went into rehab and assisted living for the next 6 weeks, and moved in with me (her daughter) in Virginia. She priced the home fairly and we had a buyer within days of the house going on the market. We trusted Vera to handle all of the details and keep us up to date on everything, including delays caused by the government shutdown, as this was a USDA guarenteed loan for the buyers. She even handled the closing on our behalf. Vera is very conscientious and provided knowledgeable, exceptional, and over the top service for my mother. Signed Barbara Aikens, daughter of Joann Dawson.
