•If you are reading this review because you are in search of the best in the business, then you can stop right here and call Tonya Lavendar. She is a leader, professional, reputable, honest, hard-working, and has experience in all aspects of real estate. She has a deep bench and widespread network for everything related to real estate, closing, plans, county/city codes/regulations, and more. Through hard work and grit, she makes the impossible happen! She helped me sell a vacant lot in Tampa that had every crazy problem you can think of. Tonya went into action and marketed the lot to sell. During the process she always kept me informed of offers and marketing trends. What I loved the most was she was always honest and had my best interest at heart. She put in so much time in effort for my rinky-dink lot that I would tell her not to worry about it and she would say “Every client is treated the same – no matter what”. She provides the same level of effort no matter the compensation. For any realtor to sell a vacant lot at a great price in today’s market has got to be the best. I was honored to work and learn a lot about the business side of vacant lots from the best in the business – Tonya Lavendar!
