Nicole came to be an agent for me through me checking out a parcel of land in Ocala. I was nosing to see prices. She reached out and I am happy we connected. I was receiving dozens of offers every week, but being out of State and knowing how many scams are out there, I wanted to put my trust in a realtor. Since I found her by mistake, and we didn't reconnect for 6 months with no pressure from her at all I decided to take a leap of faith with her. There was no pressure, but she let me know she was there when I needed her. It was a learning experience for both of us. Nothing went perfectly smooth as usual. She got in there and did what she needed to do to close this deal for me. I would happily give her card to anyone in need of someone in the area. She has already told us she would assist in anyway as we transition to Tennessee.

Nicole was very helpful. She listened to our needs and was invested in us finding our first home together. She paid attention to detail and was very quick to respond when we reached out. I was grateful for her. During the closing, she answered every question I had, regardless of how small it was. If we wanted something particular she would work to see if it could be done. I am a night shift nurse and sometimes would text later in the evening different houses I liked and she never seemed bothered by my later texts. She is the one who actually found the house we ended up buying because she figured out our needs and our style quickly. I’m very appreciative for her.

And the communication she had with every party left me with no anxiety As she was almost always available in a timely manner and kept the schedule organized and easy to complete. Solving all issues or answering any questions we had. Finding a home for a family of six and one occupant disabled wasn't easy. But with her help we found the perfect home in an area we are still familiar with and feel safe raising our children.

I had a realtor and needed to find a new one, and let me tell you.. I found a good one! She went out of her way to show me places even on her day off. She had information on inspectors and insurance companies. Knowledgeable about a lot of things, but if there was something didn’t have an answer for..she’d find it and get back to me. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a place.!
