These days, it seems like everyone is in real estate. So, you need to be careful because not all have the experience, knowledge of your market, or the ability to deliver customer service. Some do! Danny Ocasio is one of those realtors that will take the time to explain every step, knew my market and was completely professional through it all! I presented Danny with a challenge of listing my home with an assumable loan. He understood exactly what I wanted to do and ran with it. When I inquired other realtors with that scenario, I was met with comments like; it can't be done, never heard of that, or I've never done that before, explain the process. From the beginning, Danny knew what needed to be done and how to list my house the way I presented it to him. We ended up not getting any offers to accept the assumable loan option, however, through Danny's experience listed the house and got a full price offer. So he definitely knows the market and how far to go to get the maximum dollars for his clients. Danny was also available to be at the house when I couldn't. He also took care of my dog when he was there. Some people (Danny) know how to take it to the next level and deliver a high level of customer service. If I have the chance to use a realtor in the future, I will look no further than Danny Ocasio.

Kathy and Greg Bolduc were easy to work with. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and requests, coordinating house clearing, cleaning, painting and repairs. They kept us well informed on potential buyers and on remaining issues as closing approached. During a short period of absence, they seamlessly handed the process off to a colleague. They worked effectively with the bank, title company and notary services. An unexpected delay was smoothly handled. From initial contact to closing, the Bolducs did a great job of selling our property.

Goes above and beyond with everything he does. He helped me find exactly what I needed then made sure to follow up. He has been a great resource for me when I was new to the area and needed to find reliable service people. Now he manages that property when I am not there and need to rent it out!. I move from Tennessee to Sun City Center, FL. Having never lived outside of TN in 63 years, a tad lost. I got hooked up with Dennis and that was the best thing that could every happen to me. I am working full time, trying to look at houses and get to Sun City to go thru some. After I made my decision it was game on for Dennis. He had no clue. He stepped up and handled everything like a champ, from the inspection to making sure everything was in tact, talking to my insurance agent about the roof that the sellers had to put on and what I had to do to get that third nail in the mix. To making sure the house was not damaged after the sellers moved out and actually had to get someone to fix a wall that was. He helped me unload boxes and stuff when I did move. I could not ask for a more perfect fit than we are and what a great new friend that I have here in my new city. Little did he know that I would still be sending him text asking him for references to get things done! I would be the first to say, If you want things done professionally and have some one who looks at the big picture as if he was moving in, HE"S YOUR REALTOR!!

His expertise of the area, active promoting of my mother's home, and his attentiveness to detail were excellent. Due to his involvement, my mother's home sold in a very short time, and I didn't have to hold HIS hand to solve problems. That alone was worth it. I would trust him again.
