Kim Brereton was Professional in Every Way.

Kim sold two adjoining lots in Port Charlotte, Florida, that had been in my family for over sixty years. My husband and I had almost lost hope of ever selling them, especially when we received word that they were located in “Scrub Jay” territory, which at the time meant that they could never be developed. But we continued to receive offers from property developers, so we decided to retain the services of a real estate agent familiar with the area and the market. Kim was recommended to us; and could not have given us more professional, courteous service, even though this was a small sale by Florida standards. She got the lots sold for a better price than we had originally thought possible. My husband and I would strongly recommend her to anyone wishing to sell property in her area.
